What if you received a bouquet of flowers from a person who has a crush on you and....?

The flowers smell like straight up a-ss, in fact these are the worse smelling flowers you've smelled in life. When the admirer calls you to ask if you like the flowers, do you tell them how bad they smell? Or do you not tell them because you know they are really trying to impress you?

I'm a very blunt female that does not sugar coat my words so you know what man...I would have to burst his little bubble and say,





"Check it man, that was nice of you. But dang they smell like straight a-ss! As a mater of fact they smell like Boodicssy"

Reply:say tou appreciate the flowers but they are not your favorite, and add some other made up reason, like these are the flowers that remid you of somebody's burial, sickness or something like that.

Reply:You should thank them for the flowers. They probably didn't smell the flowers before the florist sent them! Quit nit picking and just appreciate that someone liked you enough to send them!

Reply:I'd lie and just tell them that they were lovely. The smell is a sad thing but I'm sure the beauty of the flowers surpasses all. Another thing is it isn't his fault the flowers smelled like doo doo.
Reply:I would be honest...but tactful...tell them that they are beautiful, they smell "different"...not like you "thought they would smell" being so beautiful...so you are admiring them from a distance.
