Hello ~
The main thing to remember when trying to dry any type of plant material is to keep it dry and a way from humidity.
You can do as Melanparise wrote and hang it up using string or ribbon, OR you can do as Savhomer wrote and use a desiccant {drying agent}...
There are several good sights on the web about drying plants and below is a few of them which you might want to check out.

I was once given some Roses from my nieces funeral. I air dried them and then made a wreath.... Then gave that wreath back to my sister
A sad, yet beautiful memento for her lost daughter, which she still has hanging on her wall.
Another thing I also did was that I took a few of those Roses and tried to start them via cuttings..... Sad to say that non of those cuttings did take, but I have succeeded before in starting cuttings from funeral roses -
Two great ideas for those out there that desire some type of memento for a lost loved one!
I am happy that your roses seem to have come to you in a more pleasant way! Enjoy and best wishes!!
I need directions for drying a bouquet of roses.?
tie their stems together with some pretty ribbon and hang upside down on a nail or hook sticking out of your wall. It looks lovely and I even decorate my bedroom this way. Then I take old picture frames (just the frame, no glass or back piece of cardboard) and attatch that to the wall around it. So it litterally looks like a 3-d picture right on your wall. :)

Reply:White flowers will soak up food color from the water they are in. You should rough up the end of the stems so they will absorb water more quickly.
Reply:cover them with salt. like alot of salt, its how you mummify a person, so i am sure it would dry out flowers.
