What could I put in an ivory bouquet to add a little gold color?

I want an ivory bridal bouquet but what can I use to accent it with gold?

What could I put in an ivory bouquet to add a little gold color?
A florist can get gold baby's breath for just a hint of gold. You can also spray them gold yourself which I did for a friend's wedding.

Good luck and a happy marriage!
Reply:If you are using silk you could probably get a gold glaze to spray on them. If they are real talk to a florist as they can do this for you as well.
Reply:I have a ivory bouquet and I love silver so i added silver toned krystals try gold tones if you email me i can send you a picture of my bouquet
Reply:I too had an ivory bouquet but wanted something to add color without overwhelming or being cheesey. I chose orchids with a golden yellow center and they added just the right touch.

A few other options: yellow calla lillies are very elegant and I just found a photo of this unique yellow orchid, which I think would be beautiful in a bridal bouquet: http://www.votawphotography.com/photo/Fl...

Congratulations on your upcoming marriage -- I wish you a wonderful wedding day.
Reply:you can go to garden ridge or a flower shop and try to find some gold roses, maybe get some white ones and have them sprayed a light gold

see the site below for some examples!
Reply:gold ribbon and you can put pins (that have a gold bead at the end)in the middle of each flower..the pins look really pretty..lyk if you have ivory roses, and you stick the gold bead pin in the middle of the bud..it looks really nice...
Reply:pearl spray
Reply:Daisies, Yellow Roses, Marigolds anything
Reply:ribbons
Reply:go to michaels or another craft store. in the flower section they will have all sorts of fillers that you can use in a bouquet.
Reply:They have floral decorations that have gold beading on them.

Or sometimes they have a curly piece of decoration that is usually gold glitter on them.

Or you could use fake or even real hypercum berries in your boquet and ask them to paint them gold.
Reply:a gold ribbon around the stem area or add some yellow roses.
Reply:They actually make bouquet jewelry. They come in pearls, gold, silver, crystal....You can find them on google and probably a good place would be eBay. I'm sure some of the local bridal stores should be able to help. You could even use the jewelry to accent the ribbon around the handle of the bouquet....sounds beautiful! Good luck!!
Reply:you can add little gems to your bouqet, with a hint of gold that way it would not only add color but sparkle as well
Reply:gold ribbon.

i am sure your florist can find gold accents like gold twirlies (don't know what else to call them) to put in your bouquet.
Reply:how about magnolias?
Reply:some light simmer gold ribbon maybe

that's going to look nice good luck
Reply:Gold?
Reply:Have you seen those roses dipped in gold? You would only need a couple of those to really sparkle.

they are beautiful. I've also seen golden cotton. Same idea except they took cotton out of the field and dipped it in gold.

My mother made crystal stems to put in my bouquet to go with the crystal on my dress. There were also some pearl flowers she made, with peals bought at a craft store. They come in gold as well and you could twist the wire to look like a flower if you'd like.

Basically we made something like this out of pearls

You could also include gold leaf. It's sold in craft stores and rather inexpensive but difficult to work with. Or perhaps put a gold accent piece in there

Gold is such a strong color and comes in so many different shades that you can just add a lil in an arrangement and have it carry the whole bouquet.

Mesh designs look nice too
