Where did the tradition of catching the bouquet came from?
It is SAID that she who catches the bouquet will be the next to get married, but it's BUNK! I had caught three bouquets by the time I was 21. I'm 28 and FINALLY getting married in October. I hope this helps answer your question Hee hee.
Reply:It's just an old tradition, probably to make the single girls at the wedding feel better. I like it, I've never caught it, but I try everytime, haha :)
Reply:I do not know if it really happens. I am getting married but I have never caught one, on the other hand my younger sister has caught it at every wedding and she is still single.
