Is is tacky for the bride to have a drape bouquet and not the regular?

i loved the drape flowers for the bridesmaids and i like it for me but then i started thinking how that will look. any one ever see a bride with the pageant flowers?

I'm confused. I don't know for sure what you mean by a drape bouquet. You mean a cascading bouquet vs. the small bunchy flowers? Anyway, I'm doing a cascading bouquet of orchids w/ some greenery %26amp; probably cala lilies so there is some depth to it. What I've seen in my florists pics are incredible %26amp; not just the same ol' same ol' bouquet of roses.
Reply:Honestly do whatever YOU want for your wedding. I hate bouquets, so my 'maids carried wreaths (Christmas wedding) and I carried a kissing ball. It was perfect.





If you want draped flowers, then that's what you'll have. Be proud of your choice.

Reply:No, it's not tacky. Carry whatever kind of bouquet you wish to carry. Flowers are beautiful.Just have your bridemaid(s) carry less flowers and or different colors.

Reply:Is this the same as a cascading bouquet? If so, then that's what I'm having. I think they are beautiful and look fancier than the regular bouquets. Go with what you want.
Reply:I personally do not like this look, but if you like it then that is what you should do. Just make sure you are comfortable holding it since you'll be holding onto it throughout the ceremony and for ton's of pictures.
Reply:Yes, I've seen it and I think it's beautiful. Just have the bridesmaids carry one cala lilly or a small amount of flowers draped.
