Just wondering what flower(s) you are having or had in your wedding bouquet.
Did you coordinate those colors with your wedding gown and/or bridesmaids dresses?
What flower(s) were or will be in your bouquet?
our colours were black white and silver, the flowers were all white gerber daisys. The bridesmaids had 5 each and I had 7 (so mine was fuller) They were all white. the girls had black dresses. we matched the bouquets with the dresses by tying them up with black and white ribbon. They were really very simple but very elegant,
Reply:My bouquet had a big mix of flowers, and in the colors of the bridesmaid dresses - who wore a print with little flowers of lilac, pink, yellow, and light teal leaves. So I had a handtied bouquet of flowers in all the three colors, some white too, along with greenery - some roses, an orchid, a stargazer lily, mums, carnations, alstromeria, baby's breath, etc. It was a large bouquet. The bridesmaids had smaller versions of my bouquet.
Reply:My ideal bouquet would be a combination of roses, peonies and ranunculus. I just love the looks of the flowers, especially in soft pinks. (Wouldn't necessarily use pink for a wedding color though.)
However, since that will mostly likely be out of any budget that I may have (I'm not planning the wedding quite yet), I will probably go for all roses, in a middle to deep red.
My personal choice for wedding colors would be red and silver.
Reply:I had roses, off-white, like pink and peach with little white flowers, don't know their name, but the florist put little pearls on the middle of those flowers (not to many of them) with a touch of greenery under the bouquet (just to make them pop).
My bridesmaid's flowers where the same, expect they didn't have the extra white flowers and their bouquets were smaller. Their dresses were chocolate brown and my dress was off-white, everyone coordinated very nicely.
Reply:--I had all roses w/ a little bit of greenery mixed in the bouquet, and they were tightly bound at the stems.
--My wedding colors were burgundy and white, so the bouquet was half and half (5 burgundy/ 5 white). The flowers were tightly bound at the stems with a burgundy ribbon. My dress was white and it had a burgundy sash around the waist.
--The bouquets for my bridesmaids were the same color as my bouquet, but it had less flowers (3 burgundy/ 3 white). Their dresses were burgundy.
--The arrangements came out extremely well, and they looked good in the photos.
--Hope that helps!
Reply:My bridesmaids are wearing a dark wine color, and my dress is ivory and gold. my bouquet will have cream colored calla lilies and roses and dark red mini roses, the bridesmaids will have the same except without the red roses. My fiance will have a cream colored calla and the groomsmen will have the cream roses.
Reply:My dress is ivory. My flowers will be ivory, green, and a dark calla that looks brown. My colors are hunter, with chocolate and ivory accents. The bridesmaids will have white dahlias and white tulips with italian ruskus greenery.
Here are pictures of flowers I am using:
Green zinnia (Zinnia-dahlia flower-looks like dahlia in bridesmaid bouquets):

Kermit button pom pom mums (Scroll down) Flower girl will have these mums:

Centerpieces will be ivory roses, chocolate artichokes, and green hydrangeas, with limes and cut limes.
Reply:My bouquet will be charlotte red roses with crystals. Girls bouquets are white roses with stephanotis and crystals in the center of the stephanotis. My dress is diamond white, girls are wearing black, some have two tone black and white dresses. I wanted a black and white wedding and I just love red with it. So classic.
Reply:I am having white oriental lilies and white lisianthus'. My bridesmaids are having the same just a smaller arrangement.

Didn't really try to coordinate with dresses, I just wanted white. I think they are going to look gorgeous together!
Reply:Mine was simple, but elegant. I had large white lilies with a few yellow roses, no filler flowers or greenery. My MoH had yellow lilies with white roses. My MoH didn't wear a traditional bridesmaid dress--she had a black, cream and light gray dress, which looked great with the yellow and white flowers.
Reply:We used mini calla lillies, roses, and wax flowers.
My bouquet was white
My maid of honor had red roses, pink wax flowers and white callas
All other bridesmaids' bouquets were red with the same flowers
They all wore burgundy color dresses so yes, I did coordinate.
Reply:my dress will be gold hopefully (still looking) and my bridesmaids will be ina teracotta/orange/toffee type colour (also still looking) i am hoping for roses (def yellow and maybe some white) but im not sure how that will look against the dresses. dont 'co-ordinate' if you dont want to but dont colour clash either
or maybe sunflowers :)
Reply:For my bouquet I had Soft Pink, Champagne and White Roses with Stephanotis. My bridesmaids, who wore pink gowns, had shades of pink gerbera daisies. It all worked very well together. I really loved how the daisies looked - plus, they were much cheaper then doing roses, etc.
Reply:Our colors were blue, brown and cream, so my bouquet consisted of cream roses, lisianthus and had coffee beans surrounding the bottom. My bridesmaids (whose dresses were brown lace with blue underlay) had smaller versions of it.
Reply:i am carrying 5 pink calla lillies with the stems wrapped in silver ribbon, and my girls (who are wearing david bridals azalea pink) will carry either 1 or 3 white calla lillies with the stems wrapped in silver ribbon.
Reply:Deep red and white gerbera daisies, with a little fernery mixed in.
And my flower girls are having assorted
pink and white gerberas.
All tied together with the deep blue/green
that we are using as a main colour.
Reply:I'm having assorted Gerbera daisies, with some plain white and yellow daisies thrown in for a little extra flavor. I don't care if they're not normally thought of as wedding flowers- they're my favorites.
Reply:Personally, I had white roses in my bouquet and my girls had stargazer lillies (their dresses were red) with some white flowers and babysbreath (always a nice touch to any arrangement)
Reply:usually roses maybe some babys breath and some greenery depending on what you like and sometimes the roses will match what the bridesmaids are wearing and somethings there just white
Reply:I'm getting married on the same day as you, I'm using burnt orange hydrangeas surrounding chocolate colored roses
Reply:Cali Lily's, hydrangeas, rose, and sweet peas
my bouquet was all white with little greenery
Reply:Mostly orchids. I want it to look like this (we're having a Hawaiian styled wedding): http://www.flickr.com/photos/24495304@N0...
Reply:Gerbera daisies. White to go with my gown. My birdesmaids are in clover green, so their dresses and the flowers so go nicely!
Reply:Roses. I'm thinking of yellow roses because they are my favorite color but it really all depends on the season I decide to get married in.
Reply:I'm having lilies and carnations in mine and my bridesmaids will have the same!
Reply:I didn't marry yet.
